This side plate is very hot. 

Traditionally, part of the throwing process is to centre the mound of clay on the wheel which then makes it easy to get the desired symmetrical form. These bowls are thrown off-centre, this creates asymmetrical forms with unique and organic features. This process is about connecting the finished product to the material it was made from, mud. Instead of hindering the process become the natural twists and turns of the clay become the highlight of the work. These plates make for a beautiful food experience and suit a relaxed, natural aesthetic.
